Sue Cravener, CNA is being honored as March's Customer Service Champion of the Month. This award, which is determined from nominations by coworkers and managers, is a monthly initiative to reward great customer service.

Sue has been taking care of a particular patient for over 2 years. She sees this patient in the morning and evening, 7 days a week. When she visits him in the evening, it is on her own time. This patient has no living family, only friends. Recently, he took a fall and broke his hip. Sue went to the hospital with him and stayed with him, so that he would not be afraid. She even took it upon herself to take all the cards and letters that he received and place them in an album.

Additionally, Sue also went to where he used to live and took pictures, which she also placed in the album. This is the only patient that Sue sees for Celtic and it is evident that she cares very deeply for him. As you can see, Sue is very dedicated to this patient and his well-being.

We are pleased to announce that Celtic Living Assistance Services ("CLAS") has received home care licensure from the Pennsylvania Department of Health for both its Mars, PA and Carlisle, PA home care operations.

Effective December 2009, all private service agencies and home care registries in Pennsylvania are required to attain licensure status to continue operations. As a private service agency, CLAS provides a full range of living assistance services, including:
