Did you know blowing bubbles can be a stress reliever?

Marty Carr, Hospice Volunteer/Bereavement Coordinator for Celtic’s NE PA Office placed posters with bottles of bubbles in community areas in the office to encourage staff to take a break, when needed, and reduce stress with the deep breathing required to blow bubbles.

Hospice and home health work can be stressful, like most any job.
